At Taman Place, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from the moment you place your order to the possibility of a hassle-free return. Please review the following policies regarding placing, tracking, and returning your purchases.
I. Placing and Managing Your Order
A. Order Placement and Confirmation:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an immediate **Order Confirmation** email. This email is simply an acknowledgement that we have received your request and does not constitute acceptance of the order. Order acceptance and the formation of the contract will only take place when we dispatch the goods to you and send you a **Shipment Confirmation** email. If an item you have ordered is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative item.
B. Payment Methods:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as accelerated payment options such as PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption technology. By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that the payment information is valid and correct and that you are the authorized user of the payment method.
C. Order Cancellation:

If the order has already been processed by our warehouse or shipped, we will be unable to modify or cancel it, and you will need to follow the standard Returns process upon delivery.
D. Shipping and Delivery:
We offer several shipping options, including Standard and Express delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. All estimated delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped, not from the moment the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your **tracking number** and a link to track your package's journey. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by customs clearance procedures at the destination country.
II. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within **30 days** of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
A. Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be **unused, unwashed, and in the same condition** that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear (if the protective liner is removed), and pierced jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
B. The Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Log in to your Taman Place account and navigate to the 'Order History' section, or use the 'Initiate a Return' link provided in the footer.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with a copy of the original invoice or a completed Return Form (provided upon initiation).
- Ship the Package: Use the prepaid shipping label (if provided and applicable to your region) and drop off the package at the designated carrier location. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
C. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will send you an email notification to confirm the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
D. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to send back the original item for a refund. Simultaneously, you should place a new order for the desired size or color. This ensures the fastest service and that the item you want does not sell out.
E. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will work quickly to replace the item or provide a full refund, including covering the cost of return shipping. Do not attempt to fix or alter the item yourself, as this will void your ability to return it. Our commitment is to ensure the quality and accuracy of every garment shipped from our facility.
